LONDON, Ont. – For the fourth straight season and sixth time in the tour’s history, PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Canada’s elite Cup Series is coming to London, Ontario, with the PBR London Classic taking place at Canada Life Place on June 5, 2026.

The PBR Ottawa Classic holds extra meaning as one of only three PBR Canada Cup Series events scheduled in Ontario during the 2026 individual season.

PBR Canada’s Cup Series made waves in eleven cities back in 2025 by attracting over 75,000 fans. It showcases Canada’s top riders alongside some of the best international competitors battling it out against some of the toughest bucking bulls from across the country.

For just one night, fans can expect thrilling 8-second rides and unexpected moments throughout this exciting event as brave bull-riding athletes take on their massive 1,800-pound opponents bred to buck.

The PBR London Classic will be the fifth event of PBR Canada’s main Cup Series for the regular season in 2026.

The last time the Cup Series was in London was June 2025 when a record-setting sold-out crowd showed up. Dakota Buttar (Eatonia, Saskatchewan) delivered an impressive performance going a perfect 3-for-3 to win and claim the No. 1 spot in national standings.

Buttar kicked off Round 1 strong with a leading score by covering Kryptonite (Vold Rodeo) for 88.5 points. The seasoned rider kept his position at the top after Round 2 when he managed to ride Red Rust (Vold Rodeo) for another solid score of 87.5 points.

With first pick in the championship round bull draft, Buttar chose to face off against More or Less (Thompson Rodeo Livestock). Nodding confidently, he replicated his earlier success by dominating this bull for a score of 89 points and secured his second Cup Series victory that season.

This win gave Buttar an important boost with a total of 251 points earned. He arrived in London trailing behind No. 1 Jake Gardner (Fort St. John, British Columbia) by just 151 points but left leading by a comfortable margin of then-100 points ahead of Gardner.

Other previous winners at past PBR Canada Cup Series events held in London include Cody Coverchuk (2024 – Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan); Daylon Swearingen (2023, 2019 – Piffard, New York); and Reese Cates (2016 – Ocala, Florida).

The bull riding action for the upcoming PBR Canada Cup Series’ London Classic kicks off at 7:00 p. m. ET on Friday, June 5.

Tickets go on sale Friday, November 21 at 10:00 a. m. EST starting at $33.25; standard ticket fees may apply. They can be purchased at Gate 1 Box Office at Canada Life Place or online via Ticketmaster. ca.
