Police in Middlesex County are asking for the general public’s assist after pumpkins had been tossed from an overpass and hit a truck on Highways 401 and 402.
Round 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, OPP had been despatched to the eastbound lanes of the 401 close to Previous Victoria Street after getting a name {that a} pumpkin struck a windshield of a transport truck.
Round 3:10 a.m., OPP had been despatched to Freeway 402 close to White Oak Street after getting two extra calls about transport vans being hit with pumpkins.
Police stated no accidents had been reported and the drivers of the automobiles had been in a position to safely pull over to the shoulder of the freeway.
The investigation is ongoing and anybody with info is requested to contact police.
