A 49-year-old of Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation is dealing with a number of charges after placing a hydro pole and fleeing the positioning of a collision.
On the night of Dec. 29, police say they responded to a collision on Bodkin Highway for the report of a driver’s failure to stay on the scene of a single car collision.
Patrols close to the realm of the collision situated the car on Pheasant Drive. The motive force was then arrested and transported to an OPP detachment.
The motive force was charged with failure to cease after an accident, impaired operation, use of a plate not authorised for the car, driving a motorized vehicle with liquor available and extra.
