Waterloo Area, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a deadly taking pictures within the Alpine space of Kitchener.
On November 30, 2024, at roughly 3:55 p.m., police responded to the world of Ottawa Road South and Homer Watson Boulevard after receiving stories of gunshots fired.
Upon arrival, police situated a male with accidents in step with a gunshot wound. The sufferer, a 39-year-old male, was transported to an out-of-region hospital the place he was later pronounced deceased.
Investigators consider this was a focused incident.
The suspect is described as a male, sporting a black coat, light-coloured pants, and black footwear.
The investigation is ongoing by WRPS’ Main Crime, Normal Investigations, and Forensic Identification Models.
There’ll proceed to be an elevated police presence within the space as investigators conduct a canvass for witnesses and knowledge.
