Waterloo Area, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police have charged a Kitchener male after an assault in Kitchener.
On September 14, 2024, police responded to the realm of Sheldon Avenue North and King Road East for studies that two victims have been sprayed with a noxious substance.
Upon investigation, officers realized the victims, an 18-year-old feminine, and a 24-year-old male, have been approached by a identified male. An altercation occurred and the victims have been sprayed with a noxious substance leading to minor accidents.
On account of the investigation, a 27-year-old Kitchener male has been charged with a number of offences together with two counts of assault with a weapon and two counts of administering a noxious substance.
