Three teenagers, a 15-year-old and two 16-year-olds, have been arrested in connection to an August 2024 hate-motivated incident in Kitchener.
Waterloo Regional Police responded to a report of an assault within the space of Hazelglen Drive and Mooregate Crescent on Aug. 21 round 7:25 p.m.
Police say a male sufferer was leaving a enterprise within the space when three male suspects approached him. The suspects started yelling profanities and racial feedback on the sufferer and a battle occurred, in keeping with police.
The sufferer acquired minor accidents.
On Monday, regional police arrested three teenagers. The 16-year-old and 15-year-old male have been charged with Assault and Mischief beneath $5,000. One other 16-year-old male acquired a proper warning for his involvement.
