Waterloo regional police say officers are not conducting searchers of the Grand River after a second physique of a feminine was discovered alongside its banks in Brant County.

Police say they responded to the realm of Willow Avenue in Paris round 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday after it was reported a physique was noticed within the river. 

Regional police and Ontario Provincial Police attended the scene, in addition to the Cambridge and Brant County hearth departments. 

Emergency companies confirmed the physique was of a lifeless woman and police say they’re working to determine her.

This comes after one other feminine physique was recovered alongside the Grand River in Kitchener on Monday.

Though the id has not been confirmed of both physique discovered, police say no additional search efforts will proceed for the beforehand lacking girls. 

On Saturday night, police had been contacted for a report of two females in misery whereas boating within the Grand River.

Emergency crews say they noticed treacherous water situations upon arrival and intensive searches adopted to search out the ladies.
