A hold-up in Cambridge is currently being looked into, with police confirming that one person was injured.

Waterloo regional police arrived at the scene near Grand Avenue South and Crombie Street on Tuesday afternoon.

This response came after receiving reports of a robbery involving individuals.

One person sustained injuries that are not life-threatening as a result of this event, but they did not require hospitalization.

No additional details about the robbery have been shared yet. However, a spokesperson for the police mentioned to 570 News Radio that initial reports indicated there was one suspect involved.

The police are urging people to steer clear of the Grand Avenue South and Crombie Street area while their investigation is ongoing.

Police are currently in the area of Grand Avenue South and Crombie Street in Cambridge for reports of a person on person robbery. One person is reported to have suffered non-life threatening injuries.
