The Area of Waterloo is redeveloping an outdated 16-unit walk-up in Kitchener into a contemporary condominium with 48 items for seniors.
Building at 82 Wilson Ave. has progressed this summer time, with plumbing accomplished and exterior partitions now rising for the fourth, fifth, and sixth flooring. The tender was awarded final summer time to Melloul-Blamey Building Inc., a building firm based mostly in Waterloo.
