A repeat federal offender who went unlawfully at massive final week and was believed to be within the Hamilton space was arrested in Kitchener over the weekend by Waterloo police.
Tyler Harvey, age 38, is serving a three-year sentence for armed theft and an indictable theft offence underneath $5,000, in addition to failing to adjust to a number of courtroom orders.
The Provincial Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad thanked the general public for his or her help within the investigation.
