Morning and Afternoon Snow
Environment Canada predicts around 10 centimetres of snow for Tuesday morning and afternoon, except in regions near Lake Ontario. The special weather statements specifically mention five to 10 centimetres of snow around Kingston and Belleville, seven to 12 cm near Ottawa, and 10 to 15 cm in the Pembroke area. The original forecast for Kingston was just two to four centimetres, but that amount was increased around noon. A winter weather travel advisory is also in effect for Montreal’s western edge, predicting about 10 centimetres of snow starting Tuesday afternoon covering Grenville-sur-la-Rouge. The region is expected to return closer to normal temperatures for mid-February after a very cold weekend.Source link
