UPDATE (Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024):

A federal offender wished on a Canada Extensive Warrant has been arrested in Kingston, in line with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

On Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024, the OPP introduced, on behalf of the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad, that Ivan Belknap was apprehended in Kingston.
