Kingston Police have launched the above images and are requesting public help to determine the person pictured, an individual of curiosity who might have been concerned in two incidents in late November 2024.

The incidents, a break and enter and fireplace that occurred on the similar residence inside 24 hours, befell in Kingston’s north finish, within the space of Weller Avenue and Daly Road, police stated in a press launch on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2024.

Particularly, at roughly 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, 2024, a break and enter occurred at a residence on this space. The next morning, Monday, Nov. 25, 2024, a fireplace occurred on the similar residence at roughly 5:45 a.m.

Kingstonist reached out to Kingston Police to verify that police imagine the individual of curiosity, whose picture was captured on safety video through the break and enter on November 24, was concerned within the fireplace hours later. Kingston Police underscored that, at the moment, the male is taken into account a “person of interest” and never a suspect within the fireplace case.

Readers might recall that the November 24 fireplace, which befell at a residence on Weller Avenue, resulted within the Ontario Hearth Marshal being referred to as in to research.

Police described the individual of curiosity as being a Caucasian male. On the time of the break in, he was sporting a darkish jacket, backpack, and facial masks, Kingston Police stated.
