Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say a pedestrian was struck and killed whereas making an attempt to cross Freeway 401 in Kingston early Thursday morning.
OPP mentioned in a information launch that officers had been known as to the westbound 401 after the Freeway 15 interchange round 1:30 a.m.
The pedestrian, who hasn’t been recognized, was pronounced deceased on the scene. The westbound freeway was closed for the investigation and absolutely reopened after 7 a.m.
