HEALEY, Bernice Mary Margaret (Nee Energy)

June 17, 1935 – January 18, 2025

It’s with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Bernice in her ninetieth 12 months on January 18, 2025.  Bernice handed away peacefully with household by her aspect at Trillium Lengthy Time period Care House.

Beloved spouse and soulmate to Joseph (Joe) Healey for 67 years.  Cherished mom of Ron (Donna), Steve (Sue), Doug (Janet), Mary Anne (Tom).  Bernice will dwell on within the hearts and reminiscences of her grandchildren, Mike (Amanda), Pat (Robyn), Meghan (Mitch), Mattie (Ashlee), Wil (Clair), Hayley (Colt), Hannah (Kiefer), Owen, Lucas and her 8 nice grandchildren.

Predeceased by her mother and father James and Elizabeth Energy and brother Ken Energy, and tremendously missed by sisters-in-law Carm Energy, Marie Healey, Margie Healey and brother-in-law Pat (Doreen) Healey and plenty of nieces and nephews.

Mother was born and grew up in Learn, Ontario.  She labored in Belleville the place she and Dad married in 1957.  They then moved to Kingston the place they raised their household which introduced her probably the most pleasure.  Mother liked gathering with kinfolk on the Energy household farm and listening to the music that so many kinfolk entertained us with.  She lived for the various dances her and Dad would attend and to listen to Dad sing and play guitar on stage to a few of her favorite tunes.  Mother cherished her many lifelong friendships, she was a member of the Catholic Girls’s League and was gifted together with her expertise for crafts, artwork, baking and delightful gardening.

The household wish to thank the distinctive workers at Trillium Lengthy Time period Care House (Nation Home) and a particular thanks to nurse Ashley and Aidan from the recreation group for going above and past in offering great care.

Family and friends might be obtained on the Township Chapel of the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Properties, 435 Davis Drive, on Thursday, January twenty third between the hours of 4-7 pm.  Mass of Christian Burial might be celebrated on Friday, January twenty fourth at Our Girl of Lourdes Catholic Church, 490 Days Highway. (Mass time not confirmed. Please proceed verify the funeral dwelling web site for updates). Ceremony of Committal with prayers might be held at Saint Charles Borromeo Cemetery, in Learn, Ontario at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Coronary heart and Stroke Basis of Canada or Kidney Basis of Canada are tremendously appreciated.
