Needed federal offender recognized to frequent Kingston, OPP say

The provincial Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting public help to find a federal offender presently wished on a Canada Broad Warrant, in response to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

On Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, the ROPE Squad and OPP issued a press launch stating that 53-year-old Ivan Belknap is presently wished by authorities out of Kingston on account of a breach of his statutory launch.

The ROPE Squad described Belknap as being a Caucasian male, standing roughly 5’11” (180 cm) tall and weighing about 186 lbs (84 kgs).
