Based on police, on July 10, Brendon Spurrell, 27, and Elizabeth O’Neil, 22, drove from Kingston to Belleville and picked up a youth at their residence. On Tuesday, Police accused Spurrell and O’Neil of realizing the teenager was beneath 16 years of age after they introduced the sufferer again to their residence in midtown Kingston. The three knew one another via a household buddy.
