Army police are investigating the demise of a scholar on the Royal Army School (RMC) in Kingston, Ont.


The Division of Nationwide Defence says RMC was notified of the demise of a scholar on campus Tuesday morning.


No additional details about the demise is being launched. DND says a army police investigation, in help of the coroner, is underway.


“Our precedence and ideas proper now are with the household, mates, and colleagues with whom we share this ache and provide our help,” DND mentioned in an announcement to Ontario Chronicle Ottawa.


“Subsequent-of-kin have been notified, and on the request of the grieving household, we ask everybody to respect their privateness throughout this tough interval.”


The Royal Army School is a army college positioned in Kingston. It provides undergraduate packages within the Social Sciences, the Humanities, Science and Engineering.
