A federal offender wished on a Canada Broad Warrant has been arrested in Kingston, in line with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

On Friday, Sept. 27, 2024, the OPP introduced, on behalf of the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad, that 31-year-old Matthew Mutter, was “captured” within the Metropolis of Kingston. The ROPE Squad had beforehand given discover on Monday, Sept. 23, 2024, that Mutter was wished for being unlawfully at massive since June.
