Police in Kingston, Ont., have charged a 19-year-old with second-degree homicide for somebody’s dying over the lengthy weekend.

Officers responded to an residence constructing round 2:30 a.m. Sunday close to Cassidy and Montreal streets north of the town’s downtown after receiving experiences of an assault, in keeping with a Tuesday morning information launch from Kingston Police.

A 34-year-old from Kingston was discovered with a number of wounds brought on by an “edged weapon,” in keeping with a follow-up launch. 

This individual, later recognized as Jordan Greene from Kingston, was taken to hospital and later died of their accidents.

Police stated 19-year-old Keenan Gould from Kingston was arrested on Monday, charged with second-degree homicide and is being held in custody.

The sufferer and the accused have been at a gathering at an acquaintance’s residence and weren’t identified to one another, police stated. No person else was injured.
