Police say a person who tried to rob a financial institution in Hamilton earlier this month needed to flee the scene on foot after somebody stole his getaway bicycle.
Hamilton police say a person entered a BMO financial institution on Higher Paradise Street on Dec. 18, approached a teller and handed them a be aware demanding money.
They are saying the suspect made verbal threats and motioned to counsel he had a weapon.
Police say the person fled the financial institution empty-handed after he was confronted by workers and returned to his bicycle location solely to search out out the bike was stolen by a “fellow delinquent.”
They are saying the “dazed and confused” suspect escaped on foot.
Anybody with data which may result in the arrest of each suspects is requested to contact the police.
