Hamilton police say a range retailer proprietor was bitten after six girls carried out “distraction thefts” that focused the shop and the residential portion of the enterprise.

Police stated the suspects entered the shop in Flamborough on Saturday evening. A few of the girls conversed with workers and made small purchases whereas the others tried to seize and conceal varied gadgets from the shop, police stated.

Just a few of the suspects made their means into the residential portion of the enterprise and entered closets and drawers, police stated.

Investigators stated as soon as the house owners realized they had been being robbed they confronted the suspects and compelled them to depart.

Through the altercation, police stated one of many suspects bit a retailer proprietor.

The suspects fled via the entrance door right into a black SUV that was parked close by. They are described as between 25 and 60 years previous, feminine, and carrying darkish winter clothes.
