Ontario Provincial Police are asking for the general public’s assist in discovering a 69-year-old federal offender needed on a Canada-wide warrant.
John Francis Curtin is needed for breaching his statutory launch.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad describes Curtin as being five-foot-10 tall and 150 lbs with lengthy gray and brown hair and hazel eyes. They are saying he has a noticeable scar on his nostril and normally has facial hair.
Curtin is at present serving a five-year, one-month and 20-day sentence for 10 separate offences, together with two counts of armed theft and possession of a weapon.
Police say he’s recognized to frequent Hamilton, Brantford, Toronto and Thunder Bay, in addition to Edmonton and Winnipeg.
