Chief clarifies details of Saturday’s fatal Hamilton police shooting amid conflicting reports

Hamilton police are talking out in an unprecedented approach following confusion round whether or not there was an change of gunfire between officers and a person who was fatally shot in a west finish condo constructing Saturday night.
