A 42-year-old man is in custody practically 4 hours after police responded to an incident involving a barricaded individual on Hamilton Mountain Tuesday.
Officers mentioned round 12 p.m. that the person barricaded himself inside a residence within the space of Higher Gage Avenue and Mohawk Highway East.
Police spokesperson Krista-Lee Ernst says the person didn’t have a weapon.
The Hamilton man is predicted to face a number of charges, police say.
