GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP – The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrest a Guelph resident with six felony charges on account of impaired operation.
On Dec. 3, 2024 at roughly 1:15 p.m., members of the Wellington County OPP attended the scene of a suspicious motorcar on River Glen Path inside Guelph-Eramosa Township.
Because of the investigation, a 31-year-old Guelph woman was charged beneath the Legal Code with:
Operation whereas impaired – alcohol and medicines
Operation whereas Prohibited beneath the Legal Code (4 counts)
Possession of property obtained by crime beneath $5,000 – in Canada
A 90-day administrative driver’s licence suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day automobile impoundment was initiated as per statute.
