Police are on the hunt for 2 lipstick bandits who stole greater than $2,200 price of the make-up product from a retailer in Guelph final Saturday night time.

A person and woman entered a Stone Street West/Scottsdale Drive space retailer simply after 7 p.m. and inside 5 minutes scooped up 136 Maybelline lipsticks and fled the scene, Guelph Police mentioned in a information launch on Wednesday.

The worth of the brand-name lipsticks stolen is $2,242, police added.

“As the woman pretended to look at fragrances while watching employees, the male began placing handfuls of items in his jacket,” police mentioned, including the pair “left the store five minutes after entering.”

Police describe the person as being in his mid-30s, 5-foot-8 with a medium construct, olive complexion and darkish facial hair. He was sporting a black workwear-style jacket, beige sweater, denims and a black baseball cap.

The girl can be described as being in her mid-30s. She’s additional described as 5-foot-6 with a medium construct, olive complexion, darkish hair and a big nostril. She was sporting a protracted beige winter jacket, black sweater and a zebra-print toque.
