It’s with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Diane Jolivet on October 26, 2024, on the age of 70 in Kitchener, Ontario. A cherished spouse, mom, grandmother, and nice grandmother, Diane’s heat and kindness touched the lives of everybody she encountered.
Born in Warwick, Quebec, Diane spent many glad years in Elliot Lake and Chapleau earlier than retiring in Kitchener. Her life was marked by love, resilience, and a steadfast dedication to her household. She shared an exquisite 50-year marriage along with her devoted husband, Gilles, collectively making a lifetime of treasured recollections.
Diane was the proud mom of 1 son, Denis (Wendy) Jolivet, and two daughters, Nancy (Patrick) Mailloux and Vicky (Arliss) Osawamick. She took immense pleasure in her six grandchildren-one of whom sadly predeceased her-and her three great-grandchildren, with one other on the best way. Every of them introduced her limitless delight and happiness. Diane can also be survived by her youthful twin brothers and sister.
Diane usually expressed gratitude for the chums and family members she made whereas residing on Capitol Hill in Kitchener. Her light spirit, infectious laughter, and compassionate coronary heart can be profoundly missed by all who knew her. She had a exceptional skill to make everybody really feel particular and cherished, and her legacy of kindness will endure within the hearts of her household and mates.
A celebration of her life can be introduced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Diane requested that donations be made to Hospice Wellington in Guelph, Ontario, in recognition of the extraordinary compassion and care she acquired.
