The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say foul play is suspected within the dying of a younger man who was arrested in Guelph and has died in jail.
Brody Robinson, 23, was discovered with no important indicators in his cell at Millhaven Establishment, west of Kingston, Ont., on Oct. 29
Provincial police say “the initial investigation has determined that the death was the result of foul play.”
An announcement to 570 NewsRadio from the Correctional Service of Canada says Robinson was serving “a 4-year sentence for possession of a schedule I/II substance for the purpose of trafficking, and that the offence took place in Guelph.”
