Canadian Athletes Shine with More Medals on Day 6

With the Winter Olympics happening in Italy, it was only a matter of time before pasta stole the spotlight. This isn’t your average mac and cheese. Curious about how it’s made? Team Canada had athletes competing throughout the day. Mikaël Kingsbury participated in men’s mogul skiing, Éliot Grondin competed in men’s snowboard cross, and Courtney Sarault raced at women’s 500-meter short-track. Additionally, there were matches in both men’s and women’s hockey. With so much happening, it makes sense that we’ve secured a few more medals! Sadly, not every nation had as much to cheer about. The IOC’s recent decision regarding Ukrainian skeleton racer Vladyslav Heraskevych has sparked controversy and grabbed global headlines.
