A video posted on-line seems to have captured the second of an alleged assault in an Ontario Costco parking zone.

The roughly one minute, 30 second video reveals folks arguing within the parking zone of a Costco on Brant Road in Burlington.

At one level, a person seems to hit the telephone of the individual recording.

Halton Regional Police advised INsauga.com that the incident occurred at round 1:40 p.m. on Saturday.

“Police attended in response to a dispute over a parking spot,” a police spokesperson mentioned.

“During a verbal altercation, an adult male suspect knocked the female victim’s phone out of her hand.”

The person was arrested for assault.

The spokesperson mentioned he was enrolled into grownup diversion, which “is an alternative pre-charge program designed to divert selected low-risk adult offenders from the court system by holding them accountable for their offence through a variety of contracted initiatives.”
