Halton police are searching for witnesses to assist determine a person who tried to rob two Burlington comfort shops late November and pointed a gun at retailer employees.
On Nov. 29 round 2:45 p.m. a masked suspect entered Maplewood Mart on 796 Brant St. in Burlington.
As soon as inside the shop he pointed a black and silver firearm on the retailer worker.
The suspect demanded cash however was unsuccessful in acquiring any. He then stole some vitality drinks and fled.
Roughly 45 minutes later, the identical suspect entered Ontario Selection Retailer at 1325 Ontario St. in Burlington with the identical firearm, once more pointing it on the retailer worker and asking for cash.
The worker pushed the sufferer away and the suspect fled alongside Ontario Avenue.
