The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is investigating a capturing that came about early this morning in Burlington.
Early this morning at roughly 2:20, a sequence of gunshots had been heard within the Alton Village space of Burlington. Police attended and positioned a parked car on Verdi Road with a number of bullet holes. Fortuitously, the car was empty and nobody was harm on account of the capturing.
Investigators imagine this was a focused capturing, and that there isn’t a broader public menace associated to the incident.
No arrests have been made in relation to this investigation.
Anybody with data relating to this investigation is requested to contact the three District Prison Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4777 ext. 2316.
Residents within the space are additionally requested to examine if they’ve surveillance or doorbell digital camera footage of the time interval surrounding the capturing.
