A suspected Norovirus outbreak at Dr. Frank J. Hayden Secondary Faculty has despatched a number of college students residence.

“Halton Region Public Health has concluded that the stomach-related illnesses are likely due to Norovirus outbreak, which is spread from person to person,” Heather Francey, supervisor of communications and engagement for Halton District Faculty Board mentioned in an e-mail.
“The safety and well-being of our students and staff is our top priority. Information from Public Health has been shared with all students, parents/guardians and staff including resources from Public Health on recommended measures to help stop the spread of the virus.”
