Peel Regional Police have arrested and charged a recognized {sex} offender in reference to an indecent act investigation in Brampton.
Police have been referred to as to the world of Madronna Gardens and Montoya Gate on Dec. 20, 2024 for a person allegedly driving across the space in a Honda Match, committing an indecent act.
The investigation led to the arrest of 50-year-old Richard Walker, a recognized {sex} offender from Brampton, on Dec. 21.
He was charged with committing an indecent act in a public place and failure to adjust to a prohibition order.
The suspect was held for a bail listening to on the Ontario Courtroom of Justice in Brampton.
Investigators imagine there could also be extra alleged victims and are urging them to contact police.
