Peel Regional Police are searching for any witnesses related to the assault of a kid on Sunday afternoon at Brampton Civic Hospital.
Officers say that round 1:45 p.m. a person had approached a 3-year-old little one who was seated in a stroller on the hospital close to Bramalea Street and Bovaird Drive.
The person allegedly touched the kid earlier than going to a unique space of the hospital and committing an indecent act witnessed by grownup guests within the constructing.
Investigators arrested 31-year-old Brandon Ramnath from Brampton and charged him with sexual assault, sexual interference and committing an indecent act in a public place.
Ramnath was held for a bail listening to and appeared in a Brampton courthouse.
Anybody who was a witness or has video are requested to contact police.
