One woman is in hospital and a freeway is closed in each instructions following a “serious” collision north of Brampton, police say.

The crash occurred on Freeway 10 within the space of Beech Grove Sideroad on Tuesday morning, the OPP says.

Police say 4 autos had been concerned within the collision and one driver was injured, a spokesperson with Peel Regional Paramedic Companies confirmed to INsauga.com.

The sufferer is an grownup feminine who was handled on the scene and rushed to hospital in “serious condition,” paramedics say.

Police closed Freeway 10 from Beech Grove Sideroad to Highpoint Sideroad, shifting heavy truck visitors to Airport Highway.

The closure was prolonged in each instructions between Charleston Sideroad and CR 109 round 11 a.m., police stated.
