Police say a 23-year-old man has died after he was thrown into the water whereas driving a Sea-Doo within the Muskoka Lakes Township on Saturday.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Muskoka emergency providers responded to Bailey Avenue in Port Carling, Ont., at round 6:00 p.m. Saturday, based on an OPP information launch issued Monday.
Witnesses instructed police the person from Brampton had been driving a Sea-Doo, was “ejected into the water whereas executing a manoeuvre” and by no means got here again up, OPP say. The person was finally discovered however life-saving efforts have been unsuccessful, based on police.
Police are reminding the general public that in the event that they’re heading out on the water, they need to share their plans with somebody on shore. The provincial power provides that life-jackets have to be worn to work correctly.
