A 15-year-old boy is in life-threatening situation after he was stabbed in a Brampton park on Friday, Peel police say.
Police stated the stabbing came about in Clark Park, close to Dixie Street and Clark Boulevard. Officers have been known as to the scene at about 5 p.m. for a report of battle with accidents.
Paramedics took the boy to a trauma centre.
Investigators stated they’re on the lookout for between 5 and 6 suspects and all are believed to be minors.
It’s unclear whether or not this quantity consists of bystanders who have been fleeing the scene, police informed reporters on the scene Friday evening.
There was a heavy police presence within the park on Friday night.
Police are looking for safety digital camera footage from residences within the space.
