John Jagoe handed in his sleep at Mulcaster Mews in Barrie from problems after a stroke in his 86th 12 months.

Sadly missed by his spouse Anne. Loving father to his youngsters Stephen, and Lesley (Kevin Smith). Predeceased by 5 brothers; survived by three sisters, one brother and prolonged household in Fredericton, New Brunswick and St. Catharines, Ontario.

John was born in Newcastle (now Miramichi), New Brunswick and later moved to Toronto the place he met and married Anne. The household moved from Toronto to Barrie in 1980 to advance his profession with Ontario Hydro. John was concerned in numerous group organizations and teams. He was Previous Grasp of Corinthian Lodge AF&AM #96 and Previous Principal of Phoenix (previously Signet) Chapter 34 and was energetic in each. He was additionally concerned at St. George’s as sidesman, reader and a member of the Hairnet Society within the kitchen the place for a few years he peeled and minimize kilos of onions for his or her meat pies.

After retirement he loved summers in Muskoka at cottages first on Lake Joe and in a while Stewart Lake, entertaining family and friends there. He and Anne loved travelling.
