It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Daniel Grey on January 21, 2025, in Barrie, Ontario. Identified for his full of life spirit and love of life.
Danny was the proud father of Terry-Lynn (Ritchie), Katie, and Danny, and the cherished honorary father to Katie (Jeff), Tamara, Josh, and the late Dylan. He adored his grandchildren Logan, Raven, Bailey, Drake, Hunter, Kate-Lynn, Desiray, Alexis, Ryland, Lucas, and Carter, and was a loving great-grandfather to Devyn and Avery. His household was his pleasure and pleasure, and he treasured each second spent with them.
Danny is survived by his siblings Earl (Linda), Lynn, and Randy, and his brother-in-law Fred. He was predeceased by his beloved accomplice of over 20 years, Janet, his sister Sharon, his brother-in-law Steve, and his mother and father, Herman and Joan.
A sociable and fun-loving man, Danny lived life to the fullest. He was at all times the lifetime of the occasion, bringing pleasure and laughter to these round him. He had a ardour for western films and rock and roll, which had been fixed sources of happiness in his life.
A celebration of Danny’s life might be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Busby Centre https://www.busbycentre.ca/ or the Canadian Most cancers Society https://most cancers.ca/ can be enormously appreciated.
Danny’s reminiscence will reside on within the hearts of all who knew and cherished him. He might be deeply missed however fondly remembered for his vibrant spirit and the love he shared along with his household and pals.
