Registration now open for fundraiser at Centennial Seashore in help of Particular Olympics Ontario

The Barrie Police Service’s Polar Plunge is returning to Kempenfelt Bay subsequent month in help of Particular Olympics Ontario.

Now a part of the Metropolis of Barrie’s Winterfest, the annual fundraiser will happen Saturday, Feb. 1 at 1 p.m. at Centennial Seashore (65 Lakeshore Dr.).

Registration will start at midday.

All the cash raised will go towards supporting Particular Olympics Ontario athletes.

Those that wish to make the leap can register at polarplunge.ca or soopolarplunge.crowdchange.ca/91317.

Every participant will obtain official Polar Plunge mittens. Additionally, the more cash folks increase, the extra incentives they’ll obtain.
