It’s with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Harvey Lloyd Bentley Collier on November 8, 2024, at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, Ontario. Born on January 8, 1936, in Alliston, Harvey lived a life full of affection and dedication.
He’s survived by his beloved spouse of 67 years, Reta Pleasure Collier; youngsters Randy Collier and Warren (Sherri) Collier; grandchildren Carla, Mackenzie, and Taylor Collier (Scott Bartholomew); and great-grandchildren William and Iyla. He’s additionally survived by his sister Carol Percy and in-laws Donna AuCoin, Angie Collier, and Glenn & Allie Bidwell.
Harvey was preceded in loss of life by his mother and father Ross & Rachel Collier and siblings Peggy Blair, Don Collier, Dean Collier, Irwin Collier, Stan Collier, and in-laws Ray Percy, Wilf AuCoin, Elwood Blair, and Jean Collier.
After retiring from Basic Tire, Harvey labored with Swish Upkeep earlier than having fun with retirement. He liked numbers, golf, pool, nation music, and sq. dancing along with his spouse.
A service to honor Harvey’s life shall be held on November thirtieth, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Sheba Shrine, 142 John Road, Barrie, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations could also be made to a charity of your alternative.
