Six folks have been arrested on Wednesday afternoon following an investigation into suspected drug trafficking within the north finish of Barrie.
Police executed a search warrant in a unit at an residence advanced and allegedly seized cocaine and fentanyl.
Officers arrested two males allegedly tied to the investigation at a close-by plaza and at a shopping center on Bayfield Road.
Police say after they have been arrested, each have been discovered to have medication, and one was carrying a loaded handgun.
In all, three males and three females now face charges associated to possession and trafficking offences.
