A Barrie man was out jogging when he says he was bitten by a big canine Thursday.
The person says he was on the sidewalk of Cox Mill Street and Hurst Road in Barrie at 5:15 p.m., and with out proof of the canine’s vaccination, he must endure painful rabies remedy.
“I veered to go well around the man on the lawn, but the dog lunged and bit my wrist,” he stated. “I did not realize that I was cut at the time, but went to the clinic, and now will need to get the rabies treatment unless the owner is located and we can get proof of vaccination.”
He stated the canine was a mid-sized German Shepherd able to pulling the human who was holding the leash.
The proprietor is described as a slim man, 5 toes eight inches tall, with lengthy black hair, a moustache, and darkish complexion.
