A 25-year-old Midland man accused of tried homicide associated to an alleged hit-and-run over the summer time is again behind bars after being arrested over the vacations whereas out on bail.
Police charged Jake Willis on December 23 whereas officers have been conducting R.I.D.E. checks on Heritage Drive between King Road and William Road in Midland after midnight.
