Anita handed peacefully at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie on October sixteenth, 2024 on the age of 64. Beloved spouse of Mike and cherished mom of Melissa. Daughter of the late Alfred and Marie St. Amant and sister of the late Michael St. Amant. Sister of Kathleen of Barrie, Linda of Toronto, and brother Ed (Gail) of Penetanguishene. Will probably be sadly missed by her uncles, aunts and lots of beloved cousins.
Visitation will happen on the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral House, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Wednesday, October twenty third, 2024 from 7 – 9 PM. A Mass of Christian burial might be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 65 Amelia St., Barrie on Thursday, October twenty fourth at 10 am. Following the service, company are invited to stay for a reception luncheon within the Parish corridor. Cremation and interment at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Cemetery in Perkinsfield, Ontario at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Anita’s reminiscence could also be made to Hospice Simcoe and are significantly appreciated by the household.
