An armed theft suspect in Sarnia was picked up by police in Corunna.
Sarnia police mentioned Kevin Racette was arrested by members of Ontario Provincial Police Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad in Corunna on an excellent warrant.
He has since been transferred to metropolis police custody and was held pending a courtroom look.
The 34-year-old is accused of armed theft and assault, in addition to a number of different charges, in an incident on September 29.
Metropolis police responded to the world of East Road and Wellington Road for reviews of a dispute between two males that turned violent, leading to one man being shot within the face and neck with a pellet gun.
An preliminary search of the world for the suspect was unsuccessful.
