THUNDER BAY – WEATHER – Saturday in Thunder Bay begins with mostly cloudy skies and cool spring weather along with a brisk southwest wind. There’s a chance for some mixed precipitation today before stronger northwest winds take over.

Visibility: 32 km

Today will remain mainly cloudy with a 40% chance of flurries or rain showers, shifting to a 30% chance of rain showers this morning. Northwest winds will pick up to 30 km/h, with gusts reaching up to 50. High is expected to be around 9°C. UV index is moderate at level 4.

Tonight’s forecast indicates mostly cloudy conditions with a continued 40% chance of flurries or rain showers. Northwest winds gusting to about 50 km/h will ease later tonight. Low temperature should drop to around 0°C.

Sunday brings a mix of sun and clouds, along with a slight chance (30%) of flurries or rain showers in the morning hours. High again reaches about 9°C.

On Monday, expect sunny skies with highs around 9°C. Clouds will return by Monday night bringing about a possible 30% chance of showers.

Midweek looks warmer, hitting about 15°C on Wednesday and Thursday, then climbing further to around 18°C on Friday.
