to time for any reason. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be noted by indicating the date these
Terms and Conditions were last made.
Any changes will become effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after they are posted; provided, however,
that changes addressing new functions of the Services or changes made for legal reasons will be effective
immediately.
Your use or continued use of the Services after the date any such changes become effective shall constitute
your express acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as changed, amended or modified.
Eligibility: Users under 18 years of age are not eligible to use the Services without consent.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 can use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal
guardian who is at least 18 years old; provided, however, that such parent or legal guardian agrees to be

and agrees to be responsible for such use of the Services. Company reserves the right to refuse use of the
Services to anyone and to reject, cancel, interrupt, remove or suspend any Campaign, Donation, or the Services at any time for any reason without liability.
Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions “Campaign Organizers” means those raising funds, ''' and '''”Campaigns” as their fundraising campaigns. Additionally,”Donors” means those contributing funds, ''' and '''”Donations” as the funds they contribute. Campaign Organizers, Donors and other visitors to the Services are referred to collectively as “Users”. The term “Campaign Organizers” shall also be deemed to include any individual(s) designated as a beneficiary of Campaigns. '
Services: The Services are offered as a platform (the “Platform”) for Users of the Services. Among other features, the Services allow Campaign Organizersto post Campaigns on the Platform so they can accept Donations from Donors. Although there are no fees for setting up Campaigns, a portion of each Donation will be charged as fees by usand our third-party payment processors. Company reserves rightto modify or discontinue services temporarily or permanently with or without notice. You agree that Company won’t be liablefor any modification, suspensionor discontinuance thereof. The Company has no responsibility for deletion or failureto store any data maintained by its services. To access via mobile device, your carrier’s standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply. Additionally, some aspects may be restricted by your carrier, and not all services may work with all carriers. By using these services, you agree we may communicate with you regarding company information through SMS, MMS, text messages, electronic means on your mobile device, and certain information about your service usage may come back to us.
Charitable Giving: Campaigns aren’t charities where you can make tax-deductible donations. Any Donation through this platform might get processed by an unrelated business partner which deducts a processing fee(in addition to our Front Runner Professional Fee). You understand that Company is not a charity, it does not solicit charitable contributions for itself nor third-party institutions. Company merely acts as a facilitator for Donations.
Administrative Platform Only: The Services just serve as an administrative platform. Company merely facilitates payments between Campaign Organizers and Donors. It’s not involved in agreements between them. Company isn’t a broker , agent , financial institution , creditor , or insurer. We have no control over how Campaign Organizers conduct themselves, nor do we take responsibility concerning it. We explicitly deny liability regarding success outcomes from campaigns. Donors must decide whether they want to donate based on what they feel necessary before doing so. All donations made voluntarily bear sole risk borne only by donors. Company doesn’t guarantee donations will fulfill promises set forth nor endorse guarantees about campaign quality, safety.
No Verification of Campaign Information: We don’t verify information submitted by Campaign Organizers, nor guarantee that Donations comply with any fundraising purpose specified by them. We disclaim responsibility regarding verifying whether Donations follow applicable laws.
Your Registration Obligations: You might need registration with Company if you want access/use certain features within its service. If choosing registration, you’ll provide true accurate current information about yourself asked on registration form. Campaign Organizers must register their real identities including name/image purporting depiction. Registration data & some additional details about you fall under Privacy Policy terms. If under 16 years old, you cannot utilize services either way. In case below 18 years old, certain aspects require parental approval before proceeding. Certain parts also might ask prior registration/terms compliance from third party providers(e. g., payment processors). While we could facilitate registrations sometimes, we’re uninvolved in relationships here thus disclaim liability related performance thereof. Exchanging info possible among parties ensuring provision alongside related third-party products/services.
Public Display Of Donations: Donors have options displaying their contributions publicly allowing beneficiaries contact details displayed too. For privacy concerns during donation simply tick off checkbox appearing while donating. Please refer our Privacy Policy regarding collection , use storage habits involving your personal info interacting along service platforms.
Payment Of Donations : To donate towards campaign, you’re required providing credit card info( e. g., VISA , Master Card etc.). Donors state truthfulness being authorized users upon inputting credit details. Donors acknowledge potential minimum donation limits apply where all payments received afterwards remain final/non-refundable. Donors commit updating account records promptly noting changing circumstances plus pay specified amounts authorizing periodic billing till cancellation requested via platform.
